• Degree in accounting or finance-related field
• Minimum of 3 years of external audit experience at a public accounting firm
• Experience understanding audit schedules, requests, and auditor deliverables
• Ability to act as liaison between accounting team and auditors
• Experience reviewing schedules/work papers before submission to auditors
• Experience preparing/reviewing reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Proficiency in workflow processes, Excel (including tables, vlookups, and pivot tables), Quick Books, and enterprise-level accounting software
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

• CPA or MBA designation
• Quick Books Enterprise/Desktop experience OR ERP system experience
• Experience preparing/submitting materials through audit portals (EY)
• Equity accounting experience
• Stock-based compensation exposure
• Tech/startup industry experience
