Account Payable Coordinator

Location:

Englewood, CO. This is a temporary-to-hire position.

• Review a high volume of incoming invoices
• Research and resolve discrepancies
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors
• Follow up on payment statuses
• Obtain required approvals for payments
• Run reports
• Perform other related tasks as required

• At least 1 year of recent, relevant experience in a similar Accounts Payable position
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or a related field (preferred)
• Experience with accounting software such as SAP, Sage, Great Plains, etc.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle a high-volume workload

Hourly pay: $24.00 per hour.
