Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Billing Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and to cycle outstanding work efficiently. The role is tiered into two levels, coordinator and lead, with lead taking on additional responsibilities.
You will hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly billing goals while maintaining high quality work. Daily tasks include production entry, verifying contracts and billable items, and running top-dollar and aging reports.
