AUDIT INTERN – SUMMER 2027

Capin Crouse, part of CRI, offers a summer internship focused on auditing nonprofit organizations.

• Perform substantive auditing procedures in assigned areas.
• Obtain an understanding of the work to be performed and the purpose of the work.
• Prepare working papers that adequately document tests performed and procedures followed to substantiate conclusions.
• Ensure proper and consistent application of accounting principles in audit procedures.
• Identify and document control deficiencies or other matters warranting management attention.

• Two or more years of university education completed by the time of starting the internship.
• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others.
• High degree of discretion when dealing with confidential information.
