Echo Park Centennial is looking for a Lead Technician/Shop Foreman to help drive our growing Recon operation to the next level! This isn't just another technician position—this is an opportunity to lead, mentor, and make a real impact on a high-performing team.

• 10+ years of automotive technician experience
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Recon Pro and CDK experience preferred, but not required
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team
• Someone who leads by example and isn't afraid to jump in and turn wrenches

• Salary of $60K to $70K+ based on experience
