Business Development, Customer Success Mgr./ CSM
While most enrollment positions prioritize volume, this one is designed to uphold standards. Alpha is developing one of the world's most ambitious educational models. Our campuses combine demanding academics, technology-driven learning, and elevated expectations for both students and staff. Students routinely achieve learning outcomes that exceed national benchmarks, with results supported by data. Afternoon hours are dedicated to depth, independence, and building practical skills.
The model is effective—but only when paired with appropriate families. Your role centers on this match.
You will control the admissions process for a campus, from initial application to completed enrollment. You own how families perceive us, how well they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices are grounded in sound reasoning. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful discussions, and advise against enrollment when it serves the best interest of all parties. The objective is not to maximize enrollment numbers.
The objective is to ensure alignment.
- Oversee the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, beginning with first contact and concluding with onboarding.
- Facilitate needs-based conversations to evaluate compatibility prior to proposing solutions or advising on next steps.
- Track 20+ concurrent family relationships across various enrollment stages, ensuring clear status visibility and timely follow-up.
- Guide campus tours, shadow day experiences, and decision-making discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and the model's intended audience.
- Keep CRM and enrollment systems (Hub Spot and SIS) current and accurate to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence.
- Employing transactional or aggressive sales approaches.
- Accepting families who do not align with the model simply to meet targets.
- Overseeing a sizable team or working through multi-layered approval structures.
- Distributing ownership of the family journey across multiple individuals.
- Operating remotely. This role requires campus presence by design.
Design and deliver a high-trust, selective enrollment process that successfully converts well-matched families while safeguarding the credibility and effectiveness of the Alpha model.

- Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family relationships across varying stages, supported by an organized tracking and prioritization method.
- Ability to present specific examples of advisory decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your offering when alignment was lacking.
- Professional written communication with senior leaders, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of the following locations:
Denver, CO;
Park City, UT; or Seattle, WA. - Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Experience with selective independent school admissions or enrollment in competitive programs.
- Background in upscale hospitality, VIP guest relations, or executive-level support.
