- Support strategic work products for the DHS program
- Perform tasks within the Agile software development cycle
- Obtain business requirements and understand complex vetting functionality, UI specifications, and reporting/data analytics
- Support the TSA Secure Flight Reporting and Capabilities section
- Work closely with product stakeholders and IT to elicit requirements, streamline processes, improve access to information, and define business needs
- Create test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Facilitate meetings and working groups
- Support the Product Manager with SPII requirements in responses to stakeholder ad-hoc requests
- 4 Years of Experience (3+ as Project Analyst)
- Strong Requirements Elicitation and Process Design Skills
- Ability to Plan, Organize, Prioritize, and Manage Assigned Responsibilities in a Highly Dynamic Work Environment
- Ability to work very closely with product stakeholders and IT to effectively and efficiently elicit requirements, streamline processes, improve access to information, and define business needs
- Ability to create test cases in support of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when new product requirements need quality assurance testing
- Facilitate Meetings and Working Groups
- Support Product Manager ensuring SPII requirements are being carefully met in responses to stakeholder ad-hoc requests
- MS Office Product Suite Proficiency
- Public Trust Clearance requires U.S. Citizenship
- Prior work experience within DHS and/or TSA
- Ability to complete manual tasks using automation
Demonstrates expertise in Requirements Elicitation, Process Design, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within Agile environments, while effectively collaborating with product stakeholders and IT to enhance operational efficiency and meet SPII requirements.
