As a Facilities Operations Specialist 2, this individual supports a corporate campus consisting of multiple leased office buildings, engineering labs, and warehouse spaces. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Execution of space management strategy, occupancy planning, metrics reporting, office moves, and hybrid desk reservation system
- Coordination for tenant building and critical systems maintenance
- Administrative support to facility improvement or repair projects
- Coordination with maintenance vendors and on-site food/refreshments & catering services
- Engages with Executive Leadership to support corporate initiatives and special events
- Coordinates internal facility communications and serves as liaison to landlord
- Collaborates with Security, Information Technology, Quality, Safety, and Engineering teams to maintain compliance with standards and support audits
- Supports vendor contract management and facilities budget execution
- Provides research on industry trends and identifies improvements to enhance user experience or operational efficiency
Bachelor
Required Years of ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of related work experience
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Budgeting / Microsoft Office tools experience
- Teaming and collaboration skills
- Scheduling and administration experience
- Space Management, Property Management, Building Maintenance, or Facilities Engineering Background
- Familiarity with BAS, HVAC, or Backup Power Systems
- Familiarity with CAD / Space Occupancy Planning Tools
- Vendor management experience
- Schedule flexibility
- Emergency Response Team Member - Project management experience
