As a Product Manager at UCG, you will support the Director of Product and Innovation in executing our product vision, strategy, and continuous evolution. You will work within cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, validate disruptive solutions, and deliver scalable products. Embracing a culture of experimentation and user-centric design, you will help ensure our product portfolio remains highly competitive and forward-looking.
Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy Execution:
Support the overarching product vision by translating high-level strategies into actionable, phased development plans and clear product requirements. - Market & User Research:
Conduct competitive analysis and customer discovery to identify unmet needs and emerging industry trends. - Prototyping & Validation:
Participate in the discovery and incubation of new features and concepts. Utilize frameworks for rapid prototyping and user testing to validate assumptions by failing fast and iterating quickly. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies. - Agile Delivery:
Champion Agile methodologies to streamline product operations and accelerate time-to-market while maintaining high quality. - Performance Monitoring:
Track and monitor core KPIs such as user adoption, retention, MRR/ARR, and customer satisfaction to measure success and inform product decisions.
- Experience:
3–5 years of hands‑on experience in product management. - Execution
Skills:
Demonstrated history of helping take products from abstract concept to successful commercial launch. - Team & Culture Fit:
