At RN Civil Construction in Centennial, CO, we're seeking a talented full-time Civil Construction Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent to oversee exciting water and wastewater projects. As the Civil Construction Superintendent, you're the key to success on each project. Your day begins with overseeing the entire project site and coordinating self-performing crews in excavation, concrete work, shoring, process piping, yard piping, and equipment installation. You manage the team, ensuring safety and quality are top priorities while maintaining clear communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers. From monitoring project progress to addressing any challenges that arise, you are the go-to leader, ensuring the project runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.

• Superintendent position: 10+ years of construction experience, with 5+ years as a superintendent for a self-performing contractor
• Assistant Superintendent position: 5+ years of construction experience, with 2+ years as an assistant superintendent for a self-performing contractor
• Experience constructing a water or wastewater infrastructure required. Candidates without experience constructing a water treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant, pump station, lift station, or similar will not be considered
• Experience managing excavation, concrete, dewatering, shoring, and treatment/processing equipment installation
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on safety and quality control
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
