What You'll Do

• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents for commercial electrical projects
• Perform detailed takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipment
• Develop accurate project estimates and competitive proposals
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• Identify scope gaps, risks, and value engineering opportunities
• Coordinate with project management for smooth project turnover
• Track bid results and refine estimating strategies

What We're Looking For

• 3 or more years of electrical estimating experience
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Working knowledge of the NEC, NFPA 72, and other building codes.
• Experience with Trimble Accubid Anywhere Estimating & Live Count, Blue Beam and Microsoft 365
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred

• Journeyman electrician background
• Commercial construction estimating experience
