Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative
Job Store Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative for a temporary opportunity with a manufacturing company located in Centennial, CO.
This is a fully onsite position supporting customers by phone, email, and in person. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a proven background supporting customer accounts in a manufacturing, distribution, or product-based environment.
Position Details- Location: Centennial, CO
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
- Duration: Approximately 3 months
Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-precision plastic components serving customers in the automotive, telecommunications, medical device, renewable energy, and industrial sectors. This position supports a fast-paced customer service team focused on delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Provide professional, friendly customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests
- Actively listen to customer concerns and determine appropriate solutions
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipments, invoices, claims, and other service matters
- Create and maintain customer records and profiles
- Prepare and process customer claims documentation
- Process customer orders, changes, returns, and other requests accurately
- Route product and service questions to the appropriate departments
- Communicate customer concerns and service issues to internal teams
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support a positive customer experience
- Assist with customer satisfaction initiatives and surveys
- Update pricing information as requested
- Ensure order entry accuracy and maintain backlog records
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated experience in order management, customer account support, claims processing, and customer service within a manufacturing, distribution, or product-based environment
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience processing customer orders, returns, pricing updates, and account inquiries
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
- Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused approach
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
