Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to join our culture in Centennial, CO. You will answer incoming customer service calls, coordinate with technicians and customers, and ensure timely service, helping Convergint remain the customers’ first choice for service.
We expect 3-5 years in call center/dispatch or admin, strong MS Outlook/Excel/Word skills, and Fire Alarm experience. This role offers a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with competitive benefits.
