Dentist

We are hiring a Dentist to lead the clinical side of Dentist in Centennial: to set the standard of care, mentor the associates and assistants, and answer for the practice's clinical outcomes.

This is the right role for a dentist who wants the influence of ownership without first taking on the debt of it. You will shape the treatment philosophy, the equipment list, and the clinical team.

Patients in Centennial have long memories. The dentist who takes this role is the one they will name when a neighbour asks them who they see.

• Diagnose and treat across general dentistry, and decide what stays in-house and what is referred.
• Set and hold the practice's clinical standards, from radiographic protocol to case documentation.
• Mentor associate dentists, assistants, and hygienists chairside.
• Review complex treatment plans and support the Treatment Coordinator in presenting them.
• Take part in equipment and materials decisions — you will be using them.
• Keep the practice safe and compliant with federal, state, HIPAA, and OSHA requirements.

• DDS or DMD with an active, unrestricted dental license in Colorado.
• Several years of general practice experience and a wide, comfortable clinical range.
• The judgment to know when to treat and when to refer.
• The temperament to teach rather than only to correct.
• A record of trust-based patient relationships and teams that stay.
