Job Description
We’re growing and need to add a Dental Assistant to our work family! We are a well reputed, privately-owned dental practice (PPO/FFS no HMO or Medicaid) located in West Arvada seeking a highly motivated Dental Assistant. Our patient population is multi-generational and accustomed to high quality, personalized, whole person care. Our ideal candidate must have advanced clinical skills in Dental Assisting and a sincere passion for making a difference by serving patients, the doctor, and co-workers alike.
While your clinical skills are especially important, we find that we work best with individuals who are kind, humble, and compassionate. Our team means the world to us and we are willing to train the right person.
- Minimum of 3 years Dental Assisting experience
- X-Ray Certified
- Additional certification or training is an asset (e.g. EFDA)
- Proficient with taking impressions and scanning
- Proficient at making temporary crowns
- Excellent knowledge in 4-handed dentistry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft software
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Extraordinary attention to detail
- Familiarity with scheduling
- Professional and polished experience
- Dependable and reliable
- Works well in a team and independently
- Experience with Cosmetic Dentistry and/or sleep dentistry is a plus!
