Striking Kitchen & Bath by Bell is seeking a Junior Interior Designer (Apprentice) to join our design showroom team in Centennial, CO. As part of a full-service interior design studio with roots in Denver since the 1950s, we are looking for someone enthusiastic, organized, and eager to grow within the industry. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who is passionate about kitchens, baths, and creative collaboration.

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000/year, based on experience

This hybrid front-desk and design-support role offers hands-on exposure to professional processes and client interactions, perfect for a candidate entering the interior design field.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed an Interior Design certification or degree program (preferred)
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, 2020, AutoCAD, Sketch Up)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle check
• Customer service oriented with a professional demeanor

• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 30 lbs and kneel as needed
