• Ensure marketing materials maintain brand guidelines, voice, and messaging consistency, and meet quality standards.
• Help maintain and strengthen organizational brand identity across all communication channels.
• Contribute to refining messaging frameworks and standards.
• Draft, edit, and proofread written materials including website content, blog posts, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Perform basic indoor and outdoor photography and post‑processing.
• Perform basic indoor and outdoor videography and editing.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEO optimization and strategy.
• Assist in planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Maintain project timelines, campaign calendars, and documentation.
• Develop, implement, and oversee social media strategies that promote organizational visibility, audience engagement, and brand reputation across relevant platforms.
• Produce, curate, and publish compelling content.
• Monitor activity, manage interactions, and consistently represent the brand’s voice.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reporting and recommendations.

• Extensive knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other creative tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Must be located in Colorado for this in‑office position.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Library management or archival skills.
• Programming automation experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds; ability to walk, stand, lift, climb, sit, see, and hear.
• Willingness to help assemble trade show booths, sales booklets, and install trade show graphics.

This full‑time exempt position is eligible for all company benefits including employer‑paid medical, dental, life, disability, and 401(k) with a match. The minimum salary is $4,850 per month, with potential higher pay based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Certain positions are eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses.
