Part-Time Vocal Music Teacher

Excalibur Classical Academy is seeking a passionate and skilled Part-Time Vocal Music Teacher to provide music instruction that develops students’ musical ability, confidence, discipline, and appreciation for beauty.

The Vocal Music Teacher will teach age-appropriate vocal music and singing skills, lead students in individual and group instruction, and help prepare students for school performances and special events. The teacher should foster a joyful, orderly classroom environment and model excellence, character, and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to sign a Christian Statement of Faith
• Strong vocal/music education background and experience working with children
• Ability to teach fundamental vocal technique, music literacy, and ensemble skills
• Experience leading children’s choirs or vocal ensembles preferred
• Commitment to classical Christian education and the mission of Excalibur Classical Academy
• Positive, professional, and collaborative approach to working with students, families, and faculty

Schedule: Part-time, M-F 11:30am-3:30pm.
