Stolle Machinery is looking for an Electrical Project Engineer I or II, the pay range: $75,000 - $90,000/annually, depending on knowledge, skill, and experience.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Electrical Project Engineer I position will be responsible for supporting Electrical Engineering on the
Bodymaker and Decorator product line.
PRINCIPLE
ACCOUNTABILITIES include the following:
Assist Electrical Engineering Lead Engineers with:
* Creating electrical project Bills of Materials.
* Creating electrical project drawings.
* Address customer and vendor issues.
* Assist with other electrical project related duties as directed.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/
SKILLS:
Minimal requirements for education, knowledge and experience:
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelors Degree preferred.
* 0-3 years previous experience.
* Basic Electrical knowledge.
* Familiarity with Electrical Codes.
* Proficient computer skills with AutoCAD.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to meet stringent time lines with the ability to multi-task and change priorities.
* Ability to exhibit ownership.
* Demonstrate follow through and be held accountable for project completion and success.
* Become a Subject Matter expert (SME) on all pieces of Stolle equipment.
The Electrical Project Engineer II will be responsible for supporting Electrical Engineering on the Stolle product lines. This individual must work in an engineering team environment to provide complete engineering packages required to manufacture and assemble automated equipment.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Electrical Project Engineer II will be responsible for supporting Electrical Engineering on the Stolle product lines. This individual must work in an engineering team environment to provide complete engineering packages required to manufacture and assemble automated equipment.
Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.
PRINCIPLE
ACCOUNTABILITIES :
* Creating electrical project drawings.
* Address customer and vendor issues.
* Work closely with and utilize Level I personnel to assist in the efficient use of time and resource.
* Provide quote assistance to sales.
* Ensure machine meets customer requirements.
* Maintain electrical and controls scope of machine build.
* Perform drawing/document revisions and Engineering Change Requests.
* Construct/Edit BOM's electronically through ERP and CAD systems.
* Input and release of engineered components and assemblies to purchasing via ERP software.
* Maintain project related documents, records, and files.
* Interface with shop floor assembly technicians to review design criteria/specifications, continuous improvement initiatives, and troubleshooting.
* Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
* Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
EXPERIENCE:
* 2-5 years previous experience.
* Electrical knowledge and experience with controls systems (Allen Bradley and Siemens, preferred).
* Familiarity with electrical codes.
SOFTWARE/
SKILLS:
* AutoCAD or equivalent proficiency required.
* Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
* Ability to exhibit ownership, demonstrate follow-through and be held accountable to project completion, cost, and success.
* Demonstrate exceptional problem solving and decision-making skills.
Must possess strong communication skills, efficient work habits and be self-motivated to succeed in an environment where engineering costs and schedules must be minimized for the company to be successful.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND
WORKING CONDITIONS:

This position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:
* Work schedule generally consists of 40 hours per week, which may include on-call status, evenings, and/or weekends.
* Required to sit or stand for long periods of time
* Ability to lift 30 pounds
