These engineers owns system architecture, modeling, requirements development, integration, and verification for mission-critical C4

ISR capabilities that support national-level command-and-control. The role is cross-functional: it interfaces with software, hardware, electrical, mechanical, and test engineering, driving system-level design across the entire lifecycle. This team is building an engineering capability from the ground up so this hire will have real influence, visibility, and growth.

Qualifications:

* 10+ years of systems engineering experience

* 5+ years of experience modeling in Cameo

* Technical B.S. degree
* Experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams

* Thorough understanding of requirements management, functional requirements parsing, derivation, and allocation; systems design, systems integration, technical risk identification and management strategies, and Verification and Validation (V&V) principles

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
