I have a full time opportunity in Centennial, Colorado for a Senior Engineering Manager to join the team for one of our enterprise clients. Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor engineering staff to design, implement, maintain, enhance and troubleshoot product delivery platforms
- Direct engineering support across system locations for both established and emerging technologies while ensuring adherence to operating standards
- Collaborate with Construction, Dispatch, Warehouse, Technical Operations and Care operations to optimize customer experience
- Advise managers on technical operations and strategic planning for network rebuilds, operations, and new product development and deployment
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, policies and procedures and maintain relations with local utilities, vendors, contractors and government agencies
- Oversee capital budget processes to ensure projects are cost-effective, on schedule and within budget
- Provide quality assurance guidance to engineering staff in accordance with technical quality assurance standards and FCC regulations
- Develop an effective front-line leadership team and support their growth to drive high performance
- 3+ years of related leadership experience
- 3+ years of project management and leadership work experience
- 7+ years of engineering fiber/coax or networking experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of 5G architecture including Core and RAN components
- Knowledge of automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.)
- Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis tools
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and operational workflow
- Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure
