Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:
    Supervise, schedule, and train Drop Team members on secure collection techniques and safety protocols.
  • Secure Collection:
    Coordinate the physical removal of bill validator (BV) boxes and table game drop boxes.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure all activities are monitored by Surveillance and conducted in the presence of required security personnel.
  • Documentation:
    Maintain meticulous logs of box rotations, seal numbers, and equipment malfunctions.
  • Safety & Maintenance:
    Ensure all drop carts are in working order and that the team utilizes proper ergonomic lifting techniques.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensure:
    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 1–2 years in gaming (Count Room or Drop Team) with previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Physical Ability:
    Must be able to push/pull heavy carts (up to 800 lbs with assistance) and lift 25–50 lbs repeatedly.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Expert knowledge of Colorado ICMPs regarding drop and count standards.
  • Strong "eye for detail"—noticing broken seals or suspicious activity instantly.
  • Ability to work early starting at 3:00 AM, working weekends and holidays.
  • Salary Range: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour depending on experience.

Experience & Certifications
  • 2-5 years:
    Experience working in the Gaming Industry.
  • 1-2 years:
    Experience managing a team.
  • 1-3 years:
    Demonstrated experience working as a member of a highly routine and very physically demanding work activity preferred but not required.
