Join a specialized tax advisory firm serving multinational companies, particularly in the natural resources industry with complex cross‑border tax matters across the Americas, Europe, and Australia. We’re seeking an experienced and driven tax professional to lead engagements, manage teams, and deliver high‑value consulting and compliance services.

• Lead complex tax planning, restructuring, and M&A consulting projects.
• Manage preparation and review of corporate, partnership, and international tax filings.
• Serve as the main client contact on technical tax matters.
• Conduct research and draft memoranda on federal, state, and international tax issues.
• Oversee and mentor staff on compliance and provision work (ASC 740, IAS 12).

• CPA and Master’s in Taxation (or equivalent).
• 7+ years in tax compliance or consulting, ideally in public accounting.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, research, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and tax software (preferably GoSystem Tax RS).
