IT Auditor

This is a high-impact role offering strong exposure to SOX compliance, IT controls, and newly acquired businesses across a complex and evolving environment. This position is ideal for someone 1–3 years out of public accounting who is looking for ownership, variety, and the opportunity to work directly with multiple business units.

• Support SOX compliance efforts, including walkthroughs, documentation, and testing
• Evaluate and test IT general controls (ITGCs) such as access, change management, and system operations
• Assist in building and tailoring control frameworks for newly acquired entities
• Perform risk-based internal audits from planning through reporting
• Identify control gaps and partner with business leaders to implement improvements
• Work closely with control owners, external auditors, and internal stakeholders
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and integration activities from a controls perspective
• Help business units understand and operate within effective control environments

• 1–3 years of experience in IT audit, SOX, or public accounting (Big 4 preferred)
• Strong understanding of SOX, internal controls, and audit methodologies
• Exposure to IT controls (ITGCs) and application controls
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
• Relationship driven and comfortable working across multiple teams

• CISA (preferred)
• CIA or CPA (a plus)
• Travel:
  Up to ~25%
