Develop and manage the hospital's annual budget, forecasting revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures. Works closely with hospital leadership to analyze the financial impact of hospital initiatives and recommend strategies for growth or cost containment.

In addition to bringing human kindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

Required Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, required

Four years of related experience (ie: performing budget and/or financial analysis)
