This role is pivotal in supporting patient care by managing the financial operations related to collections, denials, and appeals. • Serve as a subject-matter expert in denials, appeals, collections, and credit balance reconciliation.
• Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as days in accounts receivable, denial rates, and collection efficiency.
• Collaborate with billing, coding, registration, and finance teams to streamline workflows and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with payer regulations, HIPAA, and internal policies.

• Strong experience in collections, denial management, appeals, and credit balance reconciliation.
• Proficiency in analyzing revenue cycle data and developing reports and dashboards.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis on claim denials and payment delays.
• Experience with system upgrades, testing, and implementation of revenue cycle tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
