Loan Processor - Centennial

Position

We are looking for a strong and seasoned Mortgage Loan Processor with 3‑5+ years of residential mortgage processing experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a flexible and fast‑paced production environment.

• Analyze income to determine borrower qualifications.
• Process FHA, VA, and Conventional loans using Encompass Loan Origination System.
• Ensure compliance with TRID regulations and other relevant guidelines.
• Communicate proactively and in a timely manner to customers and business partners about loan decisions and underwriting guidelines.
• Obtain and submit needed items promptly for loan approval and closing.
• Maintain and report weekly pipeline information with loan originators.
• Provide superior internal and external customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced, production‑oriented environment.

• 3–5+ years of residential mortgage processing experience.
• Experience analyzing income.
• Knowledge of Encompass LOS.
• Knowledge of compliance / TRID regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive communication.
• Ability to work in a flexible, fast‑paced production environment.
• Hands‑on experience with FHA, VA, and Conventional processing.
• Strong customer service skills, both internal and external.
