Job Description
Provides comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. Key responsibilities include triaging client leads, referring to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review goals, building financial plans, recommending brokerage products, and ensuring compliance with SAFE Act registration requirements for residential mortgage loan origination.
Responsibilities- Works with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals and build a financial plan with brokerage products including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money‑managed solutions.
- Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client financial goals and needs.
- Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
- Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services.
- Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses (Series 63 and 65 in lieu of 66) or a passing score for the missing series within 60 days.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the investment industry, including training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Ability to set and accomplish goals and achieve targets.
- Skills in building and nurturing strong relationships, collaborating effectively, communicating confidently, prioritizing tasks, and navigating complexity.
- Experience in learning, adapting to new information, and seeking appropriate solutions for clients.
- Efficient time and capacity management and thorough incorporation of regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long‑term strategies.
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
- Minimum of three years of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
- Insurance license(s).
- Account Management, Advisory, Client Experience Branding, Customer and Client Focus, Oral Communications, Active Listening, Attention to Detail, Client Solutions Advisory, Issue Management, Pipeline Management, Causation Analysis, Client Management, Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines, Risk Management, Written Communications.
Monday thru Friday, rotating Saturdays.
Minimum Education RequirementHigh School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 annualized salary, offers determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
