As a Universal Banker within PNC's retail organization, you will be based in Centennial, CO. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet, and positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, elevating client loyalty with a full PNC conversation at every interaction.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated experience, engaging customers in the lobby and positioning PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on managing financial transactions with technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and heightened scrutiny to avoid loss. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

• Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions, and able to leverage that information to create customized solutions.
• Managing Risk – Assessing and effectively managing all risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to and support of PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
