We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Mortgage Loan Officer to join our Lending team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop strong customer relationships, grow a mortgage portfolio, and make a meaningful impact within the communities we serve. • Originate and manage mortgage loan applications from start to finish.
• Analyze financial information, credit history, income, and collateral to determine loan eligibility.
• Build and maintain a profitable mortgage loan portfolio.
• Develop referral relationships with realtors, builders, and community partners.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lending process.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Represent the bank through networking, community involvement, and professional outreach.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of mortgage lending and financial analysis
• High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and meet production goals
• Associate's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field—or equivalent experience
• Experience in lending, banking, finance, or a related industry preferred
