Position Overview

We’re excited to add a new Financial Analyst (III) role to the Global Supply Chain finance team. As a Financial Analyst, you will support multiple groups within the organization to provide global financial reporting and analysis, including data mining, simple modeling, and light forecasting for an annual spend of $1B+.

You will report to the Supply Chain Finance Manager and partner with Director & VP level operations leaders to manage P&Ls and budgets, perform monthly variance analysis, prepare financial reports, charts, and project analytics, maintain dashboards, and present complex data to C‑level stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain comprehensive dashboards or reports that track, measure, and report on project and financial targets for internal and external partners.
  • Prepare detailed analysis and data models that clearly identify main business drivers and trends that result in actionable decision‑making.
  • Conduct in‑depth account analysis and support period‑end reconciliation efforts.
  • Produce business unit reports indicating analysis and understanding of business trends, offering useful business insights and conclusions.
  • Present financial results to external partners and leaders monthly, in a high‑visibility role.
  • Understand the various elements of the P & L and B/S and their relationships; provide detailed analysis of the data to the business unit leaders.
  • Analyze balances impacting cash flow for external and internal partners.
  • Partner across teams to identify and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Assist in the preparation of executive‑level presentations and meetings, such as quarterly business reviews and monthly spend reviews, engaging with Senior leadership to represent financial metrics and results.
  • Work on projects assigned by the manager and as necessitated by business partners, using high analytical skills to produce accurate and detailed analysis.
  • Establish relationships with business partners worldwide to facilitate accurate collection of monthly financial data and understanding of business trends.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business.
  • 5+ years of corporate financial or accounting experience.
  • Ability to work in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes related to the business; knowledge of US GAAP, Sarbanes‑Oxley, and internal controls; solid background in P&L management; strong financial acumen and analytics skills with a high degree of proficiency in data mining and forecasting model development.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to support the preparation and presentation of written briefs and summaries for internal communication and coordination with various departments.
Desired Additional Skills
  • CPA is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Hyperion and Oracle is a plus.
  • SQL and/or Power BI or other database experience.
  • Experience supporting distribution, manufacturing, and/or production service businesses.
  • Fortune 200 Business Finance / FP&A experience.
  • Experience managing cross‑functional projects.
  • Global experience.
  • Advanced Excel – GL Wand a plus.
Work Arrangement

Hybrid:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days at the Panorama Office site;
Monday and Friday are work‑from‑home.

Compensation

Annual Hiring Range: $80,100.00 - $95,000.00
