IT Business Management Intern

• Support the IT Business Operations team
• Assist with back office functions, including financial planning and analysis for capital and operating expenses
• Support procurement activities and capital project intake
• Perform forecasting and budgeting
• Prepare month-end reporting, including variance explanations
• Assist with procurement requests and tracking metrics
• Utilize forecasting tools such as Service Now Project Portfolio Management

• Current student, Junior or higher
• Enrolled in an accredited college or university
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• Able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours a week)
• Able to work part-time during the school year (up to 20 hours a week)
• Able to commute to the designated work location in-person, per the hybrid work policy
• Willing to learn, ask questions, and engage with others

Demonstrates strong capabilities in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with proficiency in budgeting and forecasting. Engages effectively in procurement activities and utilizes project management tools to support business operations.
