Duties Serves as the point of contact for harm and abuse prevention programs and activities; provides program coordination and serves as the subject matter expert for the Army Brigade/Region IPP program. Supports inter- and intra-personal violence prevention efforts and programming through the Army Brigade/regional leadership advisory committees, boards and working groups. Serves as the Army Brigade/Region liaison for local military and civilian agencies to promote timely information exchange, coordinate collaborative prevention efforts, and establish resource links and community partnerships.
Responsible for developing and overseeing healthy climate, resiliency, risk reduction activities, trainings, and communication campaigns within the Army Brigade/Region. Recruits, trains, and facilitates military volunteers for prevention activity implementation. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of employment

* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
* For positions requiring the operation for motor vehicle, candidates must have a valid state driver's license for the state in which they live or are principally employed.
* Irregular and/or overtime (compensatory) hours may be required to support operational requirements or contingencies or may be required to work hours outside of the normal duty day. Qualifications SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE :
1. Experience and knowledge will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position. 2. An applicant's RESUME must provide, in detail, how they meet each experience listed below. 1. Experience analyzing problems, identifying significant factors, gathering pertinent data and recognizing solutions; preparing reports, plans, policies and various correspondence; evaluating objectives and develop plans to facilitate the availability and effective utilization of various social science resources.
2. Knowledge of the organization and its mission and utilized the organizational staff procedures.
3. Experience applying analytical and evaluative techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of social science program operations carried out by administrative or professional personnel, or substantive administrative support functions Education Basic Requirement Degree:
Masters in behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position. or Combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. or Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
