Job:
Certified Medical Assistant/Patient Concierge

We are seeking a patient concierge / registered medical assistant to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and administrative tasks + overflow to assist with injections and vitals signs/charting as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a registered medical assistant or higher medical background, comfortable managing front office operations, Zenoti EMR, have a sense of urgency to care for patients quickly and efficiently with a positive attitude, possess strong organizational skills, excel in providing exceptional customer service and working with merchandising / sales.

* Note :
We are not hiring aspiring injectors. We do offer training if someone is interested in becoming trained in lasers or injections, but this position is separate from that and does not include that training.

Objectives:

  • Manage the front desk activities, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors.
  • Care for walk‑ins with a sense of urgency to see the same day if possible (many patients are nervous for their first visit).
  • Assist with vital signs and injections as needed
  • Place and take patients off devices when indicated
  • Preparing daily charts and work tickets for daily patients
  • Assisting with onboarding of Zenoti / EMR as we transition from paper charts
  • Sales of skincare, supplements and other merchandise (commission is available in addition to hourly)- merchandising / display to front
  • Calling prior or potential clients to assist booking or sharing special offers
  • Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in project coordination and provide support to various departments as required.
  • Utilize calendar management software, email correspondence, and document organization.
  • Ensure efficient communication flow within the office and with external parties.
  • Ability to anticipate needs of co‑workers
  • Teamwork – we all help wherever needed at times
  • Desire to help other with solutions to make themselves look / feel better or more confident
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse individuals.

Education and Experience:
