- Maintain ongoing, transparent communication about patient status, collaborating in case meetings and team check-ins to optimize care.
- Thoroughly document patient progress, updating PTs on results, barriers, and new needs.
- Educate patients and families with clear, compassionate instructions, fostering trust and longevity in the therapeutic relationship.
- Contribute ideas, show initiative, and support a positive clinic culture built on respect and shared learning.
- Graduation from an accredited PTA program; eligible for Colorado PTA licensure.
- Commitment to honest communication, teamwork, and creative problem-solving.
- Comfort with fast-paced, evolving environments where you help define success.
- New grads and experienced PTAs welcome—mentorship and feedback will support clinical growth.
