Personal Caregivers at Senior Community Care provide hands‑on support to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes and community. In this role, you’ll assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals, while offering companionship and emotional support. Working within our PACE interdisciplinary team, you will observe and report changes in participants’ conditions, follow individualized care plans, and uphold the highest standards of dignity, respect, and infection control.
