- Conduct comprehensive standardized and non-standardized evaluations for clients
- Provide individual and group therapy using the STAR Frame of Reference
- Develop personalized, sensory-informed therapeutic programs
- Partner with clients and families through coaching and education
- Collaborate with physicians, schools, and other providers
- Track outcomes and document progress clearly and effectively
- Contribute to a culture of learning, reflection, and clinical excellence
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) Occupational Therapist in Colorado
- Eligibility for Medicaid reimbursement
- Open to new grads through experienced clinicians
- Passionate about sensory integration and neurodevelopment
- Committed to neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed care
- Curious, collaborative, and eager to grow
- Experience with pediatric and/or sensory integration for adolescent/adult populations
- Spanish speaking
- Interest or training in:

- SCERTS
- NMT
- Trauma-informed care
- TBRI
- Circle of Security
- NDT
- $60,000 – $100,000 annually
, based on experience - Full-time position
- Located in Centennial, CO
Includes standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), movement-based therapy, and active engagement with clients in a sensory-rich environment.
