As a Hotel Housekeeper, you are responsible for creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest. You’ll maintain guest rooms, common areas, and hotel amenities to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards are consistently met.
This role is fast‑paced and detail‑oriented, requiring efficiency, professionalism, and pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Room Cleaning & Preparation
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel cleanliness standards
- Change linens, towels, and replenish guest supplies and amenities
- Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and maintain all room surfaces and fixtures
- Ensure guest rooms are fresh, organized, and guest‑ready at all times
- Common Area & Facility Cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, clubrooms, restrooms, and shared spaces
- Clean windows, furniture, fixtures, and high‑touch surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and maintain clean waste areas
- Support overall hotel appearance and presentation standards
- Laundry & Supply Management
- Clean and maintain laundry rooms and equipment
- Remove lint and debris from dryer vents to support safety and efficiency
- Monitor housekeeping supply inventory and notify management when restocking is needed
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and responsibly
- Guest Service & Hospitality
- Provide courteous, friendly, and professional interactions with guests
- Respond promptly to housekeeping‑related requests when needed
- Support a welcoming and service‑oriented hotel environment
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times
- Team Support & Operations
- Work collaboratively with hotel management and team members
- Support room turnover goals and daily operational needs
- Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned
- Maintains high cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the hotel
- Guest rooms are consistently prepared accurately and on time
- Supports positive guest satisfaction and hospitality experiences
- Completes assignments efficiently without compromising quality
- Maintains organized supply areas and safe cleaning practices
- Contributes to a professional, welcoming, and team‑oriented environment
