Job DescriptionAn aerospace company in Colorado is looking for a University Recruiter to join their team. In this role, you will support the identifying, hiring, and vetting of entry level and intern candidates within engineering and IT. You will do outbound outreach, vetting calls, and work with hiring managers to identify top talent for the company. You will also support intern events as well as attend career fairs and hiring events across the state.
This position is a 6-month contract with the opportunity to convert. The hourly rate for this position is up to $55/hr, and it is onsite in Louisville, CO or Centennial, CO. Insurance benefits are offered on your first day as well as a 401K program after 3 months.
- 4+ years of experience with recruiting
- 1+ year of experience recruiting interns and entry level candidates
- Experience leveraging Recruiting Engines and Applicant Tracking
- Experience in Systems, Willingness to travel within CO to events
