We're looking for a seasoned HR leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced global organizations and is energized by influencing business outcomes through people.

As Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner
, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior regional leaders, helping shape workforce strategy, strengthen organizational capability, and drive business performance across a large, diverse workforce spanning multiple countries.

This is more than a traditional HRBP role. You'll have the opportunity to influence organizational design, talent strategy, leadership effectiveness, reward programs, employee relations, and workforce transformation initiatives that directly support Orica's continued growth and success.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will:

  • Lead and evolve the HR strategy and business partnering function across the region.
  • Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Manage regional HR budgets, workforce reporting, and headcount planning.
  • Drive implementation of global people programs and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to build capability, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and improve organizational performance.
  • Support complex employee and industrial relations matters with a proactive, business-focused approach.
  • Contribute to the future design of employee wellbeing, health, retirement, and benefits programs.
