The Opportunity

As an SAP FI/CO Expert you will strategically align technology with business objectives. You'll excel in the role as the client’s trusted advisor and oversee the analysis, design, and implementation of technology best practices for effective business solutions. The role will include but is not limited to:

• Collaborate closely with clients, providing valuable assistance in the implementation of cutting-edge SAP systems.
• Execute the design, build, testing, and deployment phases, emphasizing SAP FI/CO best practices within S/4
  
  HANA
• Process analysis, design/ redesign of Integrated Financial processes as per sector best practise and/or clients' business model.
• Understanding and documenting the functional and technical requirements.
• Depending on your seniority and experience: setting up projects, leading tasks and project as well as performing effort estimations and stakeholder management.
• Work closely with our clients in the implementation of large-scale SAP systems.
• Work within a multi-language, multicultural, multi-discipline environment.
• Work with Tenthpin team members in identifying new technologies and opportunities, build new service/product offerings to clients.

First and foremost
, you are a genuine Management Consultant with exceptional communication skills, the ability to see the bigger picture, and a collaborative approach to creating exceptional solutions. You will also have relevant SAP skills, including:

• Relevant years of experience as Senior
  Associate (4+ years) /
  Advisor (6+ years)/
  Director (15+ years) in large scale SAP implementation projects.
• At least 2 full project life cycles (min. for Senior Associate level) as an SAP FI/CO Consultant in a S/4
  
  HANA project.
• Strong business process understanding in the Financial area, e.g. Cash Management, Credit Management, Forecasting & Planning, Clinical Trial Accounting etc.
• Good experience of relevant accounting standards i.e. US GAAP, IFRS, etc.
• Hands-on Consulting expertise in business process & template design, including customization/ configuration for functional specifications in SAP FI/CO Module on S/4
  
  HANA.
• Knowledgeable about SAP FI/CO integration with other areas, including but not limited to Sales & Distribution, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• First-hand experience with SAP FSCM, Fiori or other SAP modules and new technologies (SAC, GRC, BPC, etc.) is a plus.
• A proven track record in a ‘Big 4’, Major ‘SI’, or specialist SAP Consulting Firm would be preferred.
• Experience in Life Sciences, or process manufacturing industries, particularly in sectors such as pharmaceutical, medical devices, medical manufacturing and chemicals, would be advantageous.
• Good soft skills & communication skills (English and business fluent in local language of hiring country).
• Flexibility to travel, particularly in Europe (on Clients' demand).
