Aduro Advisors is looking for bright and talented individuals to join our team working to support top-tier clients in the Venture Capital & Private Equity space. The Notion/AI Platform Administrator will report to the Head of IT and take ownership of the ongoing management, maintenance, and enhancement of our AI-enabled collaboration and productivity platforms. Working closely with our external Notion consultant (Notion State), you'll assume responsibility for the Notion AI workspace they've architected as our central knowledge management system, then expand to oversee AI platform configuration across our enterprise SaaS ecosystem.

A Notion/AI Platform Administrator is a technical specialist at the intersection of technology administration and AI enablement. You'll work closely with business teams across Operations, Client Service, Finance, Product, Technology, and IT to configure platforms that enhance productivity while maintaining security, governance, and compliance standards. This position offers significant growth opportunity, evolving from Notion platform specialist to enterprise AI platform administrator.
HereIs The Type Of Work You Will Do Platform Implementation & Management
- Take ownership of the Notion workspace structure designed by our external consultant, managing ongoing maintenance and enhancements
- Own execution of smaller-scale Notion projects (team dashboards, meeting templates, database views) as requested by staff
- Manage user accounts with appropriate role-based access permissions and conduct monthly permission audits
- Serve as first point of contact for troubleshooting—fixing broken relations, formula errors, and data entry issues
- Maintain workspace hygiene through regular archiving, tag management, and sidebar organization
- Provide training, documentation, and "over-the-shoulder" support to users across the organization.
- Monitor and maintain existing integrations between Notion and enterprise systems including Slack, Salesforce, and Google Workspace
- Coordinate with external consultant to ensure any new builds follow the established "Source of Truth" architecture
- Manage existing Zapier/Make automations and build simple new ones as needed
- Monitor integration health, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system uptime
- Document integration architecture and configuration decisions
- Configure AI capabilities within platforms for content generation, search, and automation
- Design and enforce role-based access control and data governance policies
- Ensure AI configurations comply with security and regulatory requirements
- Monitor AI usage patterns and optimize for business value
- Develop use case documentation and training materials for AI features
- Extend platform administration to additional enterprise systems as the role evolves
- Participate in AI governance activities and provide technical recommendations
- Stay current on platform releases, new features, and emerging AI capabilities
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and procedures
- Coordinate with vendors on technical issues and feature requests
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for platform-related questions and issues
The salary for the Notion/AI Platform Administrator role will range $75,000 - $85,000. Salary is determined based on current market data and candidate experience level.
