The team is hiring 3x Help Desk Technicians to provide front-line technical assistance, resolve user issues, and maintain smooth day-to-day IT operations. The role will focus on troubleshooting incidents, supporting hardware and software environments, and escalating complex cases where needed to ensure timely resolution.

Overview Responsibilities- Provide first-line and escalated technical support to end users, including coaches, staff, and executives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and Microsoft Office/email issues.
- Perform laptop imaging, backups, and general workstation support.
- Conduct minor network troubleshooting and escalate tickets when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and system updates.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-visibility environment
- At least 5 years with Microsoft Windows 10/11.
- At least 5 years troubleshooting computer hardware.
- At least 2 years with Apple Mac OS
