• Monday to Friday from 11:00pm - 7:30am the following morning.
• Training will be provided.

As a Weekday Computer Operator - 3rd Shift
, you will play an integral role in our small yet dedicated team that is responsible for monitoring computer systems, resolving client issues, and providing corporate support tasks. Your main responsibilities will involve providing ongoing system health and monitoring, promptly escalating any identified issues for resolution, and potentially assisting with after-hours Help Desk duties. Additional responsibilities can include imaging laptops, preparing marketing equipment, and verifying system patches, which are crucial tasks for streamlined operations.

To excel in this role, attention to detail, the ability to remain focused during long shifts, and strong organizational and time management skills are essential. General computer proficiency, excellent written and verbal communication, effective problem-solving skills, and reliability are also highly valued qualities that we seek in our Weeknight Computer Operators. • Monitoring, resolving, and escalating data processing issues or alerts.
• Monitoring and escalating system health alerts.
• Acting as customer service representative for client support.
• Performing Help Desk duties.
• Assisting with domain account administration.

• Account provisioning at multiple government agencies is required and can involve tax filing history up to the past five years, background checks, and/or fingerprinting.
