Payrate: $ 26 /hr. on w2 without benefits

• We are looking for a detail‑oriented IT Hardware Asset Analyst to manage, track, and support company devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and retail systems.
• You’ll ensure employees get the right technology quickly, keep inventory accurate, and improve processes that make hardware management seamless.

• Process device requests, replacements, and repairs.
• Maintain accurate device inventory across multiple locations.
• Analyze hardware options to meet business needs.
• Support and improve hardware management processes.
• Use IT tools (e.g., Service Now) to track and manage assets.

• 1+ year experience in IT, analyst, logistics, or support roles.
• Familiarity with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and retail technology.
• Experience with Service Now or ITSM tools a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
