The Role
As a Campaign Manager, you will join a team that oversees entire campaign life cycles, from setup to optimization, ensuring alignment with strict timelines and key performance indicators for one of our most significant strategic clients. This role serves as the operational backbone of campaign execution.
What You'll Do- Execute end-to-end campaign setups while adhering to strict timelines.
- Monitor the real-time performance for multiple concurrent campaigns to drive continual optimizations.
- Campaign flight support, troubleshooting with third party vendors.
- Collaborate with customer success managers and technical account managers to resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Build and manage relationships with senior leaders to solve complex challenges, both internally and externally.
- Ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, within timelines, and aligned with objectives.
- Manage project timelines, resolve bottlenecks, and drive execution across stakeholders.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
- Continuously develop yourself through our feedback culture and be trained by leaders in the business to accelerate your career long‑term at Convertr.
- Experience in lead management, marketing operations, or data‑driven campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
- Proficiency in managing customer data, lead tracking, and reporting.
- Experience working with customer service software such as Zendesk or Service Cloud.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem‑solver with a bias for action.
- Ability to generate insights from data to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
