Job Overview & ResponsibilitiesAs a Program Control Analyst 4 in Denver, CO, key responsibilities include:
- Develop and support strategic scheduling activities to achieve enterprise program goals.
- Track and drive actions required to meet or exceed schedule forecasts.
- Conduct critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis.
- Develop and present schedule metrics for varying levels of leadership.
- Drive accountability on scheduling deliverables.
- Manage schedule data for complex programs. Generate reports from the IMS depicting scheduling conflicts and issues and brief stakeholders and senior management.
- Develop and work closely with internal and external customers to fully satisfy program schedule requirements.
- Support internal monthly and quarterly program reviews.
- Incorporates changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each project to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.
- Recommend recoveries to schedule by way of scenario analysis and trades.
- Strategic business partner with the Program Management Team.

Minimum of 6 years of related work experience
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
- Strong background and experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques and in cost management and planning/scheduling.
- Demonstrated experience communicating successfully with program and finance leaders.
- Strong understanding of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Critical Path Analysis.
- Ability to resolve and/or mitigate negative float across multiple functions.
- Experience developing an initial IMS from ground-up through conducting integrated deep dive.
- Understanding of process flows from beginning to final product.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and train earlier career professionals.
- Strong understanding and experience with a planning/scheduling tool.
- Strong understanding and experience with Deltek OPP and Cobra.
- Active knowledge of SharePoint.
- Understanding and application of EVMS/DCMA 14pts techniques.
