Data & Financial Analytics Lead

Job Summary

In this role, you will lead complex data and financial analytics initiatives that drive strategic decision-making and measurable business outcomes. You will manage high‑impact projects, apply advanced modeling techniques to large and diverse datasets, and partner with senior leadership to evaluate and improve business processes.

• Lead complex data and financial analytics projects with moderate risk and resource requirements.
• Deliver customized analyses using internal and external structured and unstructured datasets.
• Apply advanced statistical and financial modeling techniques to large data sets.
• Identify gaps in reporting and analytical processes and implement improvements.
• Evaluate business processes and recommend strategic enhancements in partnership with senior leadership.
• Influence executive decision‑making through clear presentation of data‑driven insights.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and assess current business processes.
• Develop professional recommendations and present preferred courses of action to leadership and clients.
• Guide and mentor team members on analytical methodologies and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal leaders and clients to align on desired outcomes.

• Relevant degree (e.g., Data Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline) preferred; advanced degree desired.
• 7 or more years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics, financial modeling, and statistical analysis techniques.
• Experience with healthcare supply chain analytics, including key metrics such as cost savings, utilization, contract compliance, and performance benchmarking.
• Experience leading cross‑functional analytics initiatives and working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Strong technical proficiency in analytics, visualization, and AI‑enabled tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, machine learning frameworks, and generative AI platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to present complex analytical insights to C‑suite and executive leadership and influence strategic decision‑making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Professional – Lead Associate (P4). Estimated hiring range: $77,400 to $135,400. This position is incentive eligible.
