Job Summary
In this role, you will lead complex data and financial analytics initiatives that drive strategic decision-making and measurable business outcomes. You will manage high‑impact projects, apply advanced modeling techniques to large and diverse datasets, and partner with senior leadership to evaluate and improve business processes.
Responsibilities- Lead complex data and financial analytics projects with moderate risk and resource requirements.
- Deliver customized analyses using internal and external structured and unstructured datasets.
- Apply advanced statistical and financial modeling techniques to large data sets.
- Identify gaps in reporting and analytical processes and implement improvements.
- Evaluate business processes and recommend strategic enhancements in partnership with senior leadership.
- Influence executive decision‑making through clear presentation of data‑driven insights.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and assess current business processes.
- Develop professional recommendations and present preferred courses of action to leadership and clients.
- Guide and mentor team members on analytical methodologies and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal leaders and clients to align on desired outcomes.
- Relevant degree (e.g., Data Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline) preferred; advanced degree desired.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics, financial modeling, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience with healthcare supply chain analytics, including key metrics such as cost savings, utilization, contract compliance, and performance benchmarking.
- Experience leading cross‑functional analytics initiatives and working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Strong technical proficiency in analytics, visualization, and AI‑enabled tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, machine learning frameworks, and generative AI platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to present complex analytical insights to C‑suite and executive leadership and influence strategic decision‑making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel.
Professional – Lead Associate (P4). Estimated hiring range: $77,400 to $135,400. This position is incentive eligible.
