Pro Edge is seeking a Head of Technology who can walk into a healthy business – one that's growing fast, winning in its market, and sitting on untapped potential that technology hasn't really touched yet – and answer the wide-open question: where can AI and smart technology create the most meaningful impact for our team, our operations, and our customers?

You’ll work closely with senior leadership to build the technology strategy from the ground up, which means your thinking will actually help shape where this company goes. You’ll inherit a stable IT foundation, giving you a running start, not a cleanup job.

But what you won’t inherit is a ceiling.

You’ll report directly to the President and work together to identify where AI, automation, and data can drive real business outcomes – lower costs, faster decisions, less administrative drag, and more value to our customers. Then you’ll execute on it.
