$140,000 – $160,000 + Annual Bonus

A growing Medical Device company are looking for a Head of Technology to help shape the future of a fast-growing, mission-driven business operating in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

This is not a maintenance role. It’s an opportunity to step into a healthy, growing company and identify where AI, automation, systems, and data can create meaningful impact across operations, customer experience, and decision-making.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership to build and execute the company’s technology strategy from the ground up. The foundation is stable. The opportunity ahead is wide open.

We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution — someone excited by solving operational problems, simplifying complexity, and helping teams work smarter through thoughtful use of technology.

• Build and lead the company’s technology and AI strategy
• Identify opportunities for automation, systems integration, and operational efficiency
• Drive adoption of AI tools that genuinely improve team effectiveness
• Improve reporting, business intelligence, and decision‑making capabilities
• Lead technology projects from idea through implementation
• Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and Leadership teams
• Own and strengthen security, systems reliability, and data governance
• Help establish scalable processes that support long‑term growth

• Clear visibility into systems, workflows, and operational friction points
• AI and automation tools actively improving day‑to‑day work across teams
• Measurable reductions in manual effort, cost, or turnaround times
• More actionable reporting and stronger business intelligence capabilities
• Improved understanding and management of technology and data risk

• Experience leading technology initiatives in a growing business environment
• Strong understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, and systems integration
• Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions
• Hands‑on approach with strong execution capability

• $140,000 – $160,000 base salary
• Annual performance/profitability bonus
